Easiest Way To Check Modem Passwords : Working Trick

Last time I wrote a detailed tutorial on Airtel Broadband Hack. You all loved that post and I got a lot of traffic from that single post. Today, I am going to tell you that how you can know any password stored in the modem. For an example, I am taking Airtel's Beetel 200BX Modem. Lets start :

1) Open any Internet broswer (Mozilla Firefox recommended) and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 and hit Enter.

2) When you will press Enter, a Window will pop up asking for User Name and Password. Use the folowing details :

User Name : admin
Password : password

3) Now in the left hand side click on WAN.


4) Now in the right hand side panel, click on Edit. Have a look :

5) Now keep on clicking Next until you get this screen :

In the above screen you will see 2 things PPP Username and PPP Password.

6) Now, to view the hidden password, right click on the screen, select This Frame and click on View Frame Source.

7) In the source code page, search for pppPassword.value and the password will be written next to it, in single quotes.

Airtel Broadband Hack : Increase Your Internet Speed

Note : This article is only for informative purpose and I have written about this to Airtel. Hope they will take some serious steps to stop this.


I usually get 2-4 mails a week asking about how to increase Internet Speed. As I am using Airtel Broadband connection so today I am going to tell you that how you can increase your Internet speed from 64 Kbps to 256 Kbps without any software. Its just for information. I am not responsible for any cheating case.

So lets start :

Requirements :
1) An Airtel broadband connection.
2) Any Airtel phone number with high broadband speed : Yes, you need a phone number of Airtel with high broadband speed like 256 kbps. Airtel connection is so common that any of your friend or neighbour might be using it. Just ask for their phone number and save it. As an example, I am assuming a number 1234567

Step1) Now comes the tricky part : Just call 197 from your Airtel landline phone and ask for the following details of the number 1234567.

>> Name of the owner of this number.
>> Address of the owner of this number.

Step 2) That's it. Now note down the 2 details mentioned above.

Step 3) Now call customer care ( 4444121) from Airtel landline and tell them that I need the Account Number and give them the phone number you have e.x 1234567

He/she will ask you for the account details and tell them exactly what you noted in Step 2.

Note : Airtel by default sets the username as Phone Number and password as Account Number.
Now you have phone number and account number of a person that has a high broadband Airtel connection.

Now I am going to tell you that what to do with the phone number and account number.

Step 4) Open Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox and in the address bar enter the following address and hit enter.

192.168.1.1

When you will press enter a Window will pop up asking for User Name and Password.

Step 5) In the user name and password field enter the details below :

User Name : admin
Password : password

DSL Router will open and we have to make some changes in the Modem settings.

Step 6) In the left sidebar click on WAN and a new page will open and click on EDIT.

Have a look :





Click on Edit and keep on clicking Next until you get this screen :



Now in the PPP Username and PPP Password enter the following :

PPP Username : 01721234567@_dsl@airtelbroadband.in ( Here is 0172 is my State Code and 1234567 is the phone number is assumed but in your case both will be different. )
PPP Password : enter the account number that your noted in Step 2

After entering these keep on clicking Next and at last click on Save and then Save and Reboot.

Now reboot your system and check your Internet speed here.

Congrats now you have high Internet Speed connection.

Use Internet Explorer Instead of Mozilla Firefox : Tip Only For Users With Limited Internet plan

Today I was just checking my computer system files and registry and I came to know that Internet Explorer consumes less resources than Mozilla Firefox.Though Firefox is preferred over Internet Explorer but users who have limited internet connection should use Internet Explorer instead of Firefox 2.0.0.18.



Internet Explorer uses less data transfer than Firefox 2.0.0.18.So it is adviced to use IE if you have limited Internet plan.

If you want to use Mozilla Firefox you can download it from right sidebar.

Trick to boost up Internet Explorer :

>>Go to "Start" and click on "Run"
>>Enter "regedit" and hit "Ok" and now the Registry Editor will open.
>>Expand "HKEY_CURRENT_USER"
>>Expand Software, Microsoft, Windows, Current Version
>>Click on Internet Settings
>>MaxConnectionPer1_0Server and MaxConnectionPerServer indicates the maximum number of connections per page
>>Double click on one of these registries to change it. Set the radio button to DECIMAL and increase the values from default to a higher value, for example 10. Do the same with the other registry.

Increase your Internet Speed ! Tried and 100 Working !

Before starting this tutorial I would like that you first check your Internet Speed from here so that you could know that weather this tutorial is effective or not.

Ok after you have checked your internet speed jot it down in some paper or save it in notepad.
Now download Mozilla firefox from Right Sidebar and install it.
After installing it apply some tweaks to it.Do the same as I tell you :



Firstly :

Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries:

network.http.pipelining
network.http.proxy.pipelining
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests


* Alter the entries do as follows:

Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"

Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30.

* Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer.
Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0".

After applying these tweaks download Internet Download Manager from there official website

Now the main part, thirdly download TCP Optimizer from here.

After you download TCP Optimizer open it and go to Optimal Settings and then apply the changes made.After doing this go to next box and click OK and reboot your machine.

After rebooting open speedtest.net and now check your Internet speed.
